As between Ilan and you, you shall own all intellectual property pertaining to your content and to any other materials created by you, (including to any designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, code, interfaces, text and literary works). Ilana does not claim ownership rights on your content. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. The rights you license to us are described in Rights you are giving us to use material you upload.

Community Standards

You agree to not use inappropriate language or content, that is offensive or objectionable, that violates intellectual property, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other rights or the good name of you or third parties, that is harmful to your or others’ computers or networks, that is unlawful or illegal; or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and policies of third parties or is protected by intellectual property, trade secret, privacy or other laws. Failure to adhere to rules, may result in temporary or permanent suspension. We reserve the right to remove any content not in line with this clause.

Rights you are giving us to use material you upload

a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that user-generated content in connection with the service provided by the website and across different media.

Fashion Consultancy service

The site allows designers to share their content with fashion experts for the purposes of mentoring. Designers that opt for the mentoring programme acknowledge and agree to adhere to the four stage consulting process. We are not responsible for what you share with any fashion expert via this service.

You understand and agree that you’re the mentoring service is between you and the fashion expert. We are not liable for, and won’t provide you with any legal advice regarding, this arrangement. This does not limit or affect any liability we may have to you separately for any breach of the other provisions of this Agreement.

Fashion experts that provide this mentoring service, hereby warrant that they have undergone the necessary training before engaging in consulting or mentoring. By using the site and offering your expertise, you hereby warrant that you will not at any time deliberately give misinform any user, or attempt to extort money from any designer. Failure to comply with this clause will result in termination of your account.
